Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://makeupbygresni.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Makeup By Gresni reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Makeup Artist, Bridal Makeup Artist, Makeup By Artist, Bridal Makeup, Special Occasion Makeup, Prom Makeup, Glam Makeup, Natural Makeup provided by Makeup By Gresni. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Makeup By Gresni (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
As-Is Basis. https://makeupbygresni.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Makeup By Gresni makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Makeup By Gresni's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Makeup By Gresni from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. MI law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of MI, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
